Healing from Childhood Trauma
Have you endured painful experiences in childhood that still live inside you today?
At times, those early wounds whisper. They slip into how you love, how you see yourself, and how difficult it can feel to trust what should feel safe. At other moments, they arrive without warning—pulling the past into the present, uninvited and undeniable. Over time, carrying all of this can become unbearably heavy.
Healing from childhood trauma asks for courage. Not the loud, performative kind, but the quiet bravery of choosing yourself—again and again. And even then, this is not work you were ever meant to do alone.
With over six years of professional experience, Jen sits with clients as they begin to gently make sense of what happened and how it shaped who they became. Whether the story includes emotional neglect, abuse, or growing up in an unpredictable environment, she helps clients release what no longer belongs to them. Rooted in safety and deep compassion, her work creates space for self-trust, inner peace, and the slow, steady return to personal power.
