Healing from Toxic Relationships and Trauma

Have you endured toxic relationships, domestic violence, or sexual assault? Are you tired of trauma or toxic relationships stopping your growth? Do you often find yourself burdened by uncertainty regarding future events, or constantly protecting others at the expense of your own emotional well-being? Sounds like you could use some healing from toxic relationships or trauma.

With a professional background spanning over six years, Jen loves helping clients heal from toxic relationships and trauma. Jen brings a wealth of experience to her work, particularly in the realm of domestic violence and sexual assault. Her expertise lies in helping individuals overcome the challenges linked to their trauma while adeptly guiding them through the complexities of the criminal justice system.

Moreover, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Jen shares a unique connection with those who identify similarly. This affords her a special ability to offer valuable support, nurturing a sense of understanding and fostering appreciation among her clients.

Jen is empathic, pragmatic and skilled at what she does. Jen blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Brainspotting, Polyvagal Modalities and Somatic Therapy. Combined, these therapies help speed healing from toxic relationships and trauma. Through this, clients regain control of their lives, free from their past traumas and toxic relationships. She offers her clients a sense of liberation, fostering their ability to move forward and thrive.
