Bright Spot Counseling in Farmington Hills, is looking for holistic therapists to join our trauma-focused (online and in-person) group practice. Requirements include being licensed in the State of Michigan (LMSW or LLMSW). Compensation is percentage-based on income received from sessions and paid out monthly as an employee of Bright Spot. Therapists must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. 

Bright Spot provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, creative, collaborative, and be an asset to our amazing, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be employee status and available to see at least 15 clinical hours per week.

Requirements are:

• Current State of Michigan license as LLMSW/LMSW or a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Willing to work a minimum 15 clinical hours per week or more
• Prior private practice experience or clinical internships a plus

Required education:

• Master’s of Social Work and License to practice in the State of Michigan
