Neurodivergent Trauma Therapist
All parts of you are welcome here. Do you feel there’s more to your inner experience than you can connect with or express? Are you seeking a deeper understanding of your emotions, identity, or lived experiences? Jamie helps women and gender-expansive folks slow down, make sense of their inner dynamics, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace. Drawing from Somatic techniques, Attachment theory, Parts work, and Brainspotting, Jamie creates a safe and empowering space tailored to each client’s needs.
