***Rachel rarely has openings but just opened up additional spaces! If you’ve been watching for an opening for therapy with Rachel, now is your time!

Are you experiencing a sense of being stuck in your life? Moreover, do you feel like nobody truly comprehends your situation? Are you grappling with the internal conflicts of various competing aspects of yourself? It’s possible that you find that the wounded inner child is in conflict with the compliant go-getter, or perhaps the angry part is obstructing the people pleaser. Additionally, maybe the shameful part is in constant turmoil with the workaholic within you. As a result, these inner battles seem unrelenting, and it has become overwhelmingly challenging.

Internal Family Systems for Healing Trauma and Anxiety

Rachel is a compassionate and skilled therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals understand themselves, heal, and thrive. Her primary focus is on Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. This powerful modality helps clients explore their inner parts and create greater harmony within themselves in order to find the path to healing, growth, and success.

Rachel’s diverse life experiences, including her medical background, having lived in various locations, and connecting with people from all walks of life, have reinforced her belief in the uniqueness of each individual. She recognizes that every person’s journey is personal and deserves an individualized approach, which is why she tailors her therapeutic methods to each client’s specific needs.

In addition to her specialization in IFS, Rachel is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamics, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and EMDR. This broad range of training allows her to integrate the most effective strategies into her work, ensuring that each client receives a customized approach that best supports their healing and growth.

Rachel’s therapy style is collaborative, caring, and validating. She works alongside her clients, helping them bring about lasting change and a move toward their goals with clarity and confidence. Rachel is licensed to provide therapy to clients across Michigan.
